P.S. 材料: 開邊綠豆、冰糖、馬蹄粉(可以蕃薯粉代替)。外面糖水舗叫做綠豆爽，不過就多左西米(好似係)。

I don’t consider my culinary skill good, and I seldom cook when I was in HK. I’m still trying.
