開邊綠豆糖水


對上一次自己煲開邊綠豆糖水應該係幾年前喺倫敦既時候,所以都唔係煮得幾好:

  • 冰糖落得唔夠,結果最後要再加砂糖。
  • 蕃薯粉落得太多,好"杰"。

P.S. 材料: 開邊綠豆、冰糖、馬蹄粉(可以蕃薯粉代替)。外面糖水舗叫做綠豆爽,不過就多左西米(好似係)。
