
第一次整蒜蓉開邊蝦。唔記得落酒,加上蒜蓉唔夠蓉(應該用grater、石磨或者garlic press)。雪櫃仲有幾兩蝦,下次再試過。

再試一次,蒜蓉蒸唔熟,有啲辣…
原來可以先爆香蒜蓉,之後就唔使蒸咁耐(五分鐘就得)。
